Romans 6:7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.
As a justified believer, I died, the old me and that death brought new life in JESUS as well as freedom from the grip of sin.
When someone says the devil made me do it, that would be to say I am not a believer and I'm in bondage to sin.The devil can’t make a believer do anything.
